Oh alright then. We like to treat our staff well. We want to get the best out of our staff. We're only as good as the people who work for us. We believe that you should enjoy
coming to work, because if you don’t, we won’t get the best out of you.
We work hard to try and make the whole experience as ‘rounded’ as
possible, balancing salaries with other benefits.
So this means: discounts on our apartments (where we can), profit sharing if we do alright (which we normally do), well-stocked fridges, Friday afternoon beers, and lots of parties. We also actively seek to promote staff to Associate Director positions, so there’s lots of routes to the top floor.
We aim to help you learn and develop. We don't have prescriptive training programmes, because we want people to think for themselves. We could arrange formal training for you. Or it might just be the opportunity to work with some of the most talented people in regeneration. As far as we're aware, they don’t do GCSEs in World Changing Ideas. So you’ll have to come up with those yourself.
Plus you get to work in some super beautiful buildings. We know this because we built them.
