Eco living
Lakeshore, Crox Bottom, Bristol, is a unique development of eco homes sitting over its own lake, offering studio, one and two bedroom apartments. The Grade II Listed building, former home of Imperial Tobacco, sits in ten acres of green space, and has numerous great sustainability features.
There are landscaped gardens and the lake is stocked with fish for lazy afternoons fishing. We've worked with architects Ferguson Mann to create stunning apartment space with extra high ceilings, full height glazing, underfloor heating and generous balconies. The full checklist for comfortable, generous, loose-fit living.
The lake is surrounded with lots of spaces to spend your time, including allotments, BBQ areas, nature trails and a boules/games area! Multi-storey car parking is also available.
