With over 27 years’ experience in the residential property sector, Guy leads the company’s development team together with overseeing the management of more than 1,000 properties.

Currently leading on nine multi-phased neighbourhoods across the UK at various stages of development, Guy brings expertise across the development cycle – specialising in acquisitions and disposals, whilst applying rigorous analysis to deliver exceptional neighbourhoods. Among them is Park Hill in Sheffield – an iconic Grade II-listed landmark where Urban Splash is about to start work on the building’s fourth phase.

Before joining Urban Splash in 2015, Guy held roles at King Sturge, JLL, and Crown Dilmun, where he gained significant experience in land and new homes agency, valuations, and development consultancy.
