Mark joined the Development team at Urban Splash 9 years ago to deliver the transformation of Europe’s largest listed building, Park Hill in Sheffield.
He then turned his hand to the magnificent grade 2* Listed Lister Mills complex in Bradford.
He is currently working on future phases of Park Hill and the 815-home Smith’s Dock regeneration masterplan in Tyneside - both in joint venture with Places for People.
