Nathan Cornish
Group Board Director and Shareholder
Nathan Cornish is a Group Board Director at award-winning regeneration company Urban Splash.
Since joining in 2002, Nathan has helped deliver some of the company’s most iconic projects – from Birmingham landmarks like Fort Dunlop and the Rotunda, to the ‘upside-down’ houses at Chimney Pot Park in Salford.
He continues to oversee major developments including Royal William Yard in Plymouth and New Islington in Manchester, while also managing Urban Splash’s c.1m sq ft investment portfolio. Nathan plays a key role in the group’s acquisitions and disposals too, having led the deals for Port Loop in Birmingham and Campbell Park in Milton Keynes – two large-scale regeneration sites that together will create more than 2,500 new homes.
A shareholder in Urban Splash alongside the company’s founders, Nathan is also an Executive Committee Member at Sale FC Rugby Club, Chair of LandAid North West – the property industry charity tackling youth homelessness – and a devoted Nottingham Forest season ticket holder.
Before Urban Splash, Nathan worked with SEGRO plc and Saville Gordon plc.
