New coffee houses are an added perk at Boat Shed and Tea Factory
Two brilliant new coffee houses have opened at our buildings in Salford Quays and Liverpool; each bringing their own blend of food, drink and indie vibes to our schemes.
First up Lupo Caffe have opened at the Boat Shed at Exchange Quay which we’ve been transforming into contemporary, waterside workspaces in Salford Quays.
Lupo at Boat Shed
Lupo - a former winner at the Manchester Food and Drink Festival - relocated from central Manchester to the scheme. It’s founder Nico Pasquali says he’s “really excited about the move”; the rest of our tenants in the building are too as they have a great place in which they can socialise and escape the office.
Mother at Tea Factory
Meanwhile in Liverpool, Mother has opened at our Tea Factory. A former tenant of Urban Splash’s (the owners’ North Tea Power is located in the Smithfield Building in Manchester) Mother has brought its unique casual hangout vibe to the building’s ground floor.
They’re serving up a range of coffees, cocktails, craft beers, lunches and brunches in the building which has recently undergone a few exciting changes, with new communal spaces created and an improved community vibe for tenants.
And if you want to join either community, we still have some workspaces remaining to rent at both buildings; we’ll also soon be carrying out works to give our Vanilla Factory - adjacent to the Tea Factory in Liverpool - a facelift too. Get in touch for the details.
