Award nominations for Melville at Royal William Yard
We’re thrilled to announce that our Grade I Listed Melville at the heart of Royal William Yard has been shortlisted in the Economy and Heritage categories at the RTPI Awards. The news comes as our friends at Poppy Developments shared some new images of their town house properties at the Yard – on sale now.
Moving forward in Swansea
Our plans for a new public sector hub in Swansea have been approved this week. The building is the first in a series of transformations across the city, and permits the creation of a five-storey, 47,964 sq ft mixed-use building at the former St David’s Shopping Centre.
...and at Orrest Head Farm in Windermere
We’ve secured planning approval for highway and infrastructure works around Orrest Head Farm – part of the Windermere Gateway Project. The improvements will enhance local transport links and pave the way for future housing developments.
More homes to rent – as USRF completes £200m deal
The Urban Splash Residential Fund (USRF) has completed a £200m deal with sustainable developer Citu – giving USRF priority access to Citu’s energy-efficient homes in Leeds and Sheffield. That means more well-designed homes to rent in the USRF portfolio. Find out more about renting with USRF here.
New look for Vanilla Factory
We’ve completed 6,168 sq ft of new commercial deals in Liverpool unveiling a new show office at Vanilla Factory, designed by a-nd. The innovative space blends domestic and hospitality-inspired design to create adaptable, modern work environments for businesses of all sizes.
A year of planning at Urban Splash places
From Milton Keynes to Windermere, Swansea, and Sheffield, we’ve held lots of public consultations this year – part of our commitment to long-term regeneration. Andrew Johnston of Made it Together helped facilitate the consultations, ensuring communities can actively engage with their area's future development.
