New homes approved at Park Hill
We’ve secured planning for 105 new homes at Park Hill, our RIBA Stirling Prize-shortlisted building in Sheffield. This phase will feature apartments, duplexes, and townhouses, plus 2,000 sq ft of commercial space. The news comes as Park Hill is shortlisted for the RIBA Reinvention Award and the release of RIBA’s new film on our 'streets in the sky.'
More new homes at Port Loop
It’s been a busy month at Port Loop, Birmingham. We opened a new show home at Mansion House – 58 beautifully designed waterside apartments – launched shared ownership homes, and enjoyed a fantastic community lunch hosted by our friends at Civic Square.
TikTok star moves to Manchester
TikTok brand Made by Mitchell, founded by makeup artist and former X Factor star Mitchell Halliday, has completed a move to Giant's Basin in Manchester in a deal completing in just four days. The letting is part of 11,000 sq ft of deals finalised in recent months.
Unveiling our vision for Cole Brothers
Sheffield residents joined us at Cole Brothers last week to explore our plans for the iconic Grade II-listed site. Hundreds attended the event, which showcased stunning light and sound installations in collaboration with local cultural organisations No Bounds and Sensoria. We’ve also appointed three agents to market the space.
Light-inspired art at Waulk Mill in Manchester
We've completed a series of renovations at Waulk Mill in Ancoats, including a striking light installation by artist Ben Rousseau. The 15-metre piece, suspended at the entrance, highlights the height of the Grade II* Listed mill, blending modern art with Victorian architecture.
A closer look at Campbell Park in Milton Keynes
Urban Splash and our partners Glenbrook are hosting an online consultation this week to present the updated masterplan for Campbell Park in Milton Keynes. The proposals include plans for the village centre, green spaces, and architectural vision. View the plans on 9th October on the link below.
