Topping out the new Copper Building

    08 August 2018
A 2 minute read by Guy Ackernley

This week we “topped out” our new Copper Building at Lakeshore in Bristol - the second building at the scheme which will launch for sale next month.

I was joined on the roof of the new structure by our joint venture partners Places for People, architects Ferguson Mann and contractors WRW, marking our achievement of reaching the seven-storey building's highest point of construction.

    Topping out at Copper Building

We’re creating 136 homes here, each overlooking the original Cor-Ten building and the site’s very own lake. It’s going to complete an already great place to live, with 10 acres of gardens and loads to do nearby (check out my other blog on this here).

Next month, you’ll be able to buy them, with the 1 and 2 bedroom properties launching on Saturday 29th September; register now and you’ll be first to hear about prices, details and more.
