Unveiling Brick House; our newest homes at Port Loop
We’re getting ready to unveil our brand new homes at Port Loop, as this Saturday 21 September we’ll launch Brick House – our second residential offering in our waterside neighbourhood, designed exclusively for Port Loop by Places for People and Urban Splash.
Designed by Birmingham-based Glenn Howells Architects, Brick House is a collection of 37, brilliantly designed, mews properties combining traditional Georgian design features such as large windows and an elegant façade, with modern finishes. Brick House will be handmade on site using traditional brick build to reflect the heritage of the area.
We’ll have three or four-bedroom homes on offer, each of them over two or three storeys and these new images give buyers a flavour of what’s on offer.
Another attractive feature of Brick House is the outdoor space; residents will have a vast shared garden – a new concept for Birmingham for which we’ve drawn inspiration from communities in Denmark where children are the happiest in the world.
Best of all? There’s Help to Buy available too, making it easier to secure one of these new homes – our colleagues on site on the 21st can tell you more about that.
The launch of these homes comes following the creation of our first homes at the development – 40 modular Town Houses which are now 80% sold. We still have a few remaining for sale and you can find out more here – or you can come and visit our Town House show home which is open every Tuesday to Saturday.
