Unveiling our Copper Building penthouses
Here they are, the first pictures of our penthouses, which we’re launching at Copper Building in South Bristol later this month.
The computer generated images are taken from our new virtual reality software, which enables all customers coming to see to take a 360-degree virtual tour of the new homes on offer.
This collection of brand new penthouses are the icing on the cake for this scheme, with up to 947 sq ft of living space, full-width, south facing balconies and dual-aspect views - including an amazing vistas over the Lakeshore lake and 10 acres of private green space.
We're hosting a sales event on 23rd March and would love you to come along so we can tell you more about the homes; prices for the penthouses start at just £250,000, while the remaining apartments on the building’s lower floors start from £150,000.
There’s Help to Buy available on all homes here too; this brilliant Government initiative helps our customers get on the ladder, meaning that you can buy your home with a small deposit - on our one bedroom apartments that means a deposit of just £7,500.
