Our annual results are here: profits of £18.1m and a £14.7m increase in the value of our commercial portfolio.
We’ve unveiled our financial results for the period ending 30th September 2018 – with profits up to £18.1m during the year and a £14.7m increase in the value of our commercial property assets. It was an exciting period for our business, one in which we acquired our modular, modern House factory and celebrated our 25th anniversary.
Join us on Saturday 8 June: your first chance to see our Port Loop show home
Buyers in Birmingham will get a chance to look around the new modular homes at Port Loop this Saturday 8th June, as we open the doors to the new show home for the first time. 60% of the first phase has already sold and you can find out about the remaining homes – which are created in our modular House factory – on the day. Join us for an ice cream, a chat and a look round our show home and new park.
From the FT, to The Times, to industry experts; our new JV hits the headlines
News of our new joint venture partnership with Japan’s biggest house builder Sekisui House and Homes England – something author and modular expert Mark Farmer called “as big as it gets” – grabbed the headlines recently. Details of the £90m deal featured in the Financial Times, The Times, CityAM, the Evening Standard, Estates Gazette, Property Week and more.
Taking our Houses to Cambridge
Hot on the heels of our deal came more modular news – an announcement that we had been selected as preferred developer on the creation of 400 homes at Northstowe, a brand new town being created by Homes England just outside of Cambridgeshire. We’ll be creating our shedkm-designed, Town Houses at the development.
Workspace available now in south Liverpool
We’ve got studio spaces available for immediate occupancy at the Matchworks in South Liverpool. These spaces offer a unique architectural juxtaposition of original art deco fused with a contemporary fit out; there’s also an onsite gym, a café and more amenities – including a climbing wall – coming in 2019. Perfect for a range of businesses, we’ve got workspaces on offer from 973 – 8,803 sq ft. Let us show you around today.
More new job opportunities
The hiring hasn't stopped just yet, we’ve got a number of live vacancies on our careers page right now including a quantity surveyor, site manager positions and a number of opportunities to join our team at our House factory in Alfreton in the East Midlands.
