Breaking news - Urban Splash Residential Fund launched
Urban Splash Residential Fund has launched; it is one of the first branded residential portfolios in the UK and is already fully subscribed with £20m of initial seed equity secured from “friends and family (high-net-worth)” investors. The initial portfolio, which sits independent from the Urban Splash Group, comprises 123 homes, including 33 apartments at Park Hill in Sheffield, 80 apartments at Lister Mills in Bradford and 10 modular houses at Irwell Riverside in Salford. There are big ambitions to grow this fund.

One of the best places to live in Manchester
As we prepare to create the final homes at New Islington, we’ve made a brand new film, looking back on what’s been created. Workspace. The Mancunian way
Manchester. A city built on hard graft, great design and a desire to make the place better. It’s the same today and this new brochure shows the great workspace available for banging Manc businesses right now – from Beehive Mill, Waulk Mill and Stubbs Mill in Ancoats and New Islington – over to our Boat Shed in booming Salford Quays. Give us a shout and we’ll show you around.
Housing Project of the Year
Irwell Riverside in Salford recently won the accolade ‘Housing project of The Year’ at the Offsite Awards. We’ve won 409 awards now for our commitment to architecture, design and regeneration - including 18 awards for House. Last week, we were also won the Property Business award at the Business Desk Business Masters Awards, and we've been shortlisted for a couple of Property Week accolades too. Wish us luck.
Be part of our journey
We’re looking for new colleagues to join our team across the country; we want original thinkers, rebels at heart, natural collaborators, people who can elevate the work we already do. Right now we want to hear from Site Managers, Development Managers and Quantity Surveyors – all live jobs which you can apply for here. Work in another property discipline? We’d still be interested to hear from you as you may well suit one of our forthcoming future roles...
