Queues to buy at Park Hill as the story continues!
Last Saturday Urban Splash and our partners Places for People launched the next phase of homes and workspaces at Park Hill in Sheffield. Almost 300 people came along (with queues starting from 1.30am!) to meet our team and take a look at the plans for the future of this Sheffield icon, designed by Stirling Prize-winning architects Mikhail Riches. 23 homes in phase 2 have already been sold, with the remaining homes now on sale from £135,000. The Yard Story — and the new chapter at Melville
We’ve produced this brand new book and brochure telling the fascinating story of Royal William Yard in Plymouth, a waterside neighbourhood which has transformed from disused naval yard, into a true, 21st Century cultural hub. Thousands of people now live, work and play here, and this new book tells the story of its evolution – as well as details of some of the final workspaces we’re creating at the Yard’s centrepiece building – the Grade I Listed Melville. Those workspaces complete this year and you can find out more here.
We’ve secured planning consent at Northstowe in Cambridgeshire
Planning approval has been granted for the first phase of homes at our Inholm neighbourhood in Northstowe new town, Cambridgeshire. The first available homes will be our customisable Town Houses, meaning you can create your dream ‘Grand Design’ in the region’s most exciting new neighbourhood. They’ll launch for sale in the next few months; register your details on the link below.
We're launching more affordable homes in Bristol
Following the completion of Copper Building at Lakeshore in South Bristol, we’ve released the remaining penthouses for sale through shared ownership. Each apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with duplex living and amazing views over the surrounding residents’ gardens and lake. There are only a few remaining, so if you want one, get in touch.
Getting ready for summer — Town House homes arrive in Manchester city centre
We’re excited that all 17 Town House homes have now been installed at Piercy Street in New Islington. These fantastic new homes will be ready for move in during summer 2020. They will include our first communal gardens in Manchester, meaning each home has its own private outdoor space, as well as a much larger garden where you can really stretch your legs. Apartment 2.2 is larger than an average city loft, with large windows, views of the canal, communal gardens and high ceilings, it is easy to see why most homes have already been sold. Urban Splash have carefully retained the mill's original features, creating a unique and special place to live. It can be yours for £475,000.

This 10,420 sq ft headquarter workspace is located at the front of the building, with incredible views over the marina.
