Save on Stamp Duty with these brand-new homes
The Stamp Duty holiday has been extended on house purchases in England – meaning buyers completing before 30th June can save up to £15,000! Read on for details of the Urban Splash homes ready for customers to move into ahead of the deadline. Psst we’re also offering our Friends with Benefits offer on all these homes – meaning if you refer a friend you’ll both earn £1,000!
Town House, New Islington, Manchester
Our newest Town House homes at New Islington offer three storeys of brilliantly designed space. Each home comes with parking, a private terrace; they overlook a shared residents’ garden and they’re located next to New Islington Marina, close to Cotton Field park. These are some of the final Town House homes we’ll be creating at this thriving new neighbourhood in the centre of Manchester; prices from £499,500.
Mansion House, New Islington, Manchester
You’ll find our Mansion House apartments next to our Town House homes. Created using super-sustainable cross-laminated timber, they have a unique aesthetic, with the beautiful timber fabric exposed throughout. They offer dual aspect with views over the New Islington neighbourhood, the Marina and Manchester itself. You can book a tour of the space – either virtually or in person – on the link below. Prices from £295,000.
Town House, Port Loop, Birmingham
We’re helping to create Birmingham’s new, waterside neighbourhood at Port Loop, where our latest Town House homes are now on sale – each offering 139 sq m of living space over three floors. The neighbourhood’s growing fast here, with community initiatives like the YARD Arthouse (read on for more details on that), and the Floating Front Room café bringing residents together. All homes come with parking, a garden, as well as access to lots of green space. Prices from £385,000.
Avro lofts, Manchester
Our new homes at Avro are almost complete and we’ll soon be sharing the first images from inside. Just four homes remain on sale and they’ll be ready to move into ahead of the Stamp Duty deadline. Some of Manchester’s biggest apartments offering more than 1,100 sq ft of living space, our homes at Avro are packed with original features – cast iron columns, beams and brickwork – all of which make for the perfect loft style home. Prices from £450,000.
We’ve got more homes coming soon
Though they wont complete for the Stamp Duty deadline, we’ve got more of our award-winning homes coming to neighbourhoods like Inholm Northstowe in Cambridgesghire, where our first Town House homes are now on sale, as well as at East Float, Wirral Waters in Merseyside. There, we’ll not only be selling our three storey Town House homes, but also our brand new, Row House homes.
YARD Arthouse comes to Port Loop in Birmingham
The Black-led arts and social justice organisation MAIA has launched a new venue for artists from under-represented communities at our Port Loop neighbourhood in Birmingham. Named YARD Arthouse, it’s located within one of our Town House homes, with the inside transformed into event, exhibition and living quarters which can be used by local creatives, theatre-makers, performers, artists and writers, as well as those coming into the city, to reside and collaborate.
A playful new art installation at Park Hill in Sheffield
We’ve teamed up with Create Partnerships to install new urban street furniture and play pieces at Park Hill. The five pieces – including new benches, a model bear, a wooden snail and a large concrete stone – are installed on the sculpture plinths in the gardens surrounding Park Hill, created as versatile outdoor exhibition spaces.
