The new Prince’s Trust centre spans two floors of the building and is a hub for the city’s young people, with advice and facilities – including a climbing wall – on offer. It opened with a launch event attended by Mayor Andy Burnham (pictured above with our Chairman Tom), BBC presenter Naga Munchetty and X Factor star Fleur East.
Lights, camera, action: Planning for Everyman Cinema at Royal William Yard
We’re creating an exciting new cultural hub at Melville at Royal William Yard, with work underway to create workspaces ranging from 300 sq ft to 100,000 sq ft, including retail, restaurant, leisure spaces and a courtyard. Everyman Cinema is already signed up as the building’s first tenant and has now secured planning approval for the new, three-screen venue.
