The Benefits
| — | £250 for You: As a referrer, you’ll receive £250 once your friend moves in and their first direct debit has been collected. |

How It Works
- Step 1
Email us at friendswithbenefits@urbansplash.co.uk with the following details. Before making a referral please ensure you have your friend’s permission to send us their contact details.

4. Interested neighbourhood
5. Your name, postal address and telephone number- Step 2
We will confirm receipt of your email and get in touch with your friend/family member – it’s a great idea to let them know you’ve referred them to us too.
- Step 3
We’ll be in touch with you again if your referral is successful. We’ll email you and your friend/family member once they’ve moved in and their first direct debit has been collected.

Terms and conditions
| — | The referral scheme applies exclusively to rental properties managed by Urban Splash at the Climate Innovation District and Aire Lofts in Leeds. |
| — | To qualify for the reward, the enquiry must come directly to Urban Splash. Referrals submitted via local agents will not be eligible. |
| — | The referee must be new to Urban Splash rentals. |
| — | The £250 reward will be issued after the referee’s first direct debit payment has been successfully collected. |
| — | Referral scheme cannot be offered in conjunction with any other incentive |
