Land required
We want to talk about the future… it's where we’re going.
We want to continue to deliver exceptional places for people to live and work and better futures for our towns and cities. We don’t want to deliver mediocre schemes, we want a challenge. We want to work with landowners and potential JV partners across the country to create special communities, places and spaces – all with great design at its heart.
We want to hear from landowners selling greenfield and brownfield land which gives us the ability to work our magic in creating new communities and transforming areas.
Over the past quarter of a century we’ve created homes, workspaces and neighbourhoods filled with great design. We’ve done this as far North as North Shields, through Yorkshire, Merseyside, Manchester, the Midlands to Bristol.
We are scaling up our business with endless ambition, and our partnership with Homes England and Japan’s biggest housebuilder Sekisui House means we are already increasing our delivery of homes from 300 per year to up to 3,000 homes per year over the next five years.
So, what do we need from you..? Simple, we need more land on which we can unleash our expertise.
We promise to consider each site carefully and give you a quick decision on whether we think it’s right for us. We’re happy to recognise genuine introductions, work with existing teams, discuss potential partnership structures, and act confidentially - if that’s what you need...
So, if you are looking for a partner to help bring your site to life, talk to us today.
