Join us for a public exhibition being held on 15 August from 2 — 7pm at the House show home on Keepers Quay, New Islington.

Urban Splash and partners have evolved New Islington over the last 18 years into a vibrant new community, with homes for the people who were already living there, as well as apartments and our modular family Houses, a health centre, the New Islington Free School, Cotton Field park, New Islington Marina, and the New Islington Metrolink stop.

We want to continue the progress of this new urban neighbourhood with our next two phases, outlined below:

New Islington Phase 3

Integrating 33 family homes and 60 apartments with the existing homes fronting Lockyard Lane and Keepers Quay and creating some additional public spaces for community use.

Stubbs Mews

Adding a further 18 waterfront homes on the land between Piercy Street and the Ashton Canal, adjacent to Stubbs Mill.
