The magic number
The 3Towers are three regenerated 1960's tower blocks located on the edge of Manchester city centre. One and two bedroom spacious apartments with floor to ceiling windows and great views overlooking Manchester city centre or the green and leafy Irk Valley.
Designed by Union North architects to a high specification the apartments even have a bespoke designed kitchen splashback. Every apartment has a parking space and ground floor apartments also benefit from private gardens.

What's in a name?
Sometimes its obvious what to call a building, sometimes it takes some thinking, for 3 Towers we held a competition and let the public decide.
The winning names were Emmeline, Christabel and Sylvia naming the Towers after the Pankhurst sisters and their mother. The sisters grew up in Manchester and we were delighted to mark in our own small way their involvement in the womens suffrage movement.
Worth it for the view
Watch Manchester light up, at 3Towers you have as good as view as Deansgate, but with more trees and less footballers wives.
The towers are located just a ten minute walk from Manchester's Northern Quarter and all the bars, restaurants and shops that the city has to offer. The scheme has good transport links with Victoria station and metrolink a short walk away.

Union North
We worked with Liverpool based Union North on the 3 Towers. Reclaiming the 1960s blocks for a new generation.
