The 1920's Art Deco warehouse was the first scheme in Manchester to successfully sell shell spaces to purchasers who wanted to work with their own architect and design their own home.
Apartments benefit from private balcony space, outdoor terraces or glazed areas. There is also the communal residents garden to enjoy the outdoors.
The ground floor is occupied by many offices. Whilst round the corner in Moho the ground floor space is occupied by a convenience store, two bar/restaurants and offices. This adds to the community created in Castlefield and offers great amenities for residents on their doorstep.

It has excellent transport links with Cornbrook Metrolink station situated further along the road, proximity to Deansgate station and direct access onto the Mancunian Way and further motorway network.
With its vibrant mix of homes, shops, bars and businesses the area is alive both during the day and at night. Urban Splash's long term commitment to Castlefield has ensured that it is one of the most architecturally interesting areas of Manchester, with Box Works one of a number of buildings developed by us in the area.
