Made in Manchester
Chips isn't your average building. Designed by Will Alsop it's a bit of a one off and is one of the most significant buildings in New Islington, Manchester. Overlooking canals on three sides, there is an apartment type to suit your living needs.
Many apartments have folding internal doors allowing you to be flexible with the space. Every apartment has some outside space, with either use of the communal roof terrace or in some cases a private balcony. Parking spaces are available in the underground car park. Located in New Islington, only a short walk into Manchester city centre with Piccadilly train station about a 10-15 minute stroll away. The New Islington tram stop opposite Chips now serves the area as part of the Metrolink expansion.
New Islington has its very own health centre, as well as its own park and marina, complete with canal boat moorings.
Chips also offers 11,700 sq ft of flexible ground floor commercial shell space, providing a fantastic opportunity to create a perfect office or an amazing waterside bar/restaurant.
