We hope to transform the lower floors into leisure & workspaces, while the upper storeys will feature residential apartments, all with stunning views of the City and its incredible scenery.

We’re building on the work we’ve already done in Plymouth, where we’ve spent the past 15 years successfully restoring Royal William Yard, transforming the site’s Grade I and II Listed buildings into a thriving, award-winning waterfront community. Our work here means we know all too well the importance of the Civic Centre, and that’s why we’re working with our partners Plymouth City Council on the project – something also part funded by Plymouth’s Future High Street Fund.
