Birmingham's Spicerhaart appointed at Mansion House, as apartments complete and open day is set
Birmingham-based estate agent Spicerhaart has been appointed to lead the sales of the newly completed Mansion House apartments at Port Loop – a landmark residential development in Birmingham by partners Urban Splash and Places for People.
The building comprises 58 well-designed two-bedroom apartments, forming a bold new addition to the Port Loop neighbourhood. Overlooking the canal, Mansion House introduces a fresh apartment typology for the area.
The agents will now co-host an Open Day on Saturday 26 April, offering buyers their first opportunity to view the fully completed building in person. Alongside representatives from Spicerhaart, Urban Splash and Places for People, the event will also welcome the Mortgage Advice Bureau, who will be on hand to offer free, expert advice on purchasing options throughout the day. Carlos Hernandez from Spicerhaart said:

The announcement coincides with further major updates for Port Loop. Urban Splash and Places for People – the joint venture partners behind the transformation of the area – recently confirmed that long-term collaborator CIVIC SQUARE has acquired 48,000 sq ft of space within Tubeworks, a collection of historic industrial buildings totalling 100,000 sq ft at the heart of the masterplan.
Prices at Mansion House start from £292,500. Apartments are also available through Shared Ownership, with shares ranging from 10% to 75% depending on affordability – for instance, a 30% share is available from £88,500.
